Injection moulding, assembly, hydrostatic testing and packing all happen in the same plant. That is what lets us hold a consistent seal across a range that spans a ten-to-one size ratio. Non-return valves are tested individually — 100% factory tested, not batch sampled — because a check valve that sticks once has already failed.

Every batch moves through documented, quality-gated stages before it's approved for dispatch.
Injection Moulding
High-precision injection moulding machines shape valve bodies, balls and fittings to tight dimensional tolerances using in-house tooling.
Assembly
Skilled technicians assemble seals, balls, stems and handles under controlled conditions, following documented work instructions.
Hydrostatic Testing
100% of finished valves are pressure-tested on the line — not sample-based — to guarantee a zero-leakage seal before packing.
Packing & Palletising
Products are packed in export-grade cartons and palletised for damage-free transit to dealers, distributors and international buyers.
Warehouse & Dispatch
Finished-goods inventory is warehoused on-site for fast order turnaround and scheduled container loading.
